Pangea Bay is an online marketplace offering quality merchandise from quality suppliers and brands to consumers at wholesale prices anytime, anywhere, and in any quantity. Pangea works closely with its global network of suppliers and logistics partners to create and curate quality products for consumers to enjoy the conveniences and comforts of life. Pangea Bay breaks through the framework of the traditional procurement model and creates a new B2B platform procurement method, which will gather the needs of different users for the same product so that users can purchase the desired products at a more favourable price.

Pangea adheres to the perspective of obtaining the maximum benefit for users, and integrates the needs of different users to increase the MOQ while reducing the purchase price, thereby further reducing the purchase cost of users, and providing users with a different B2B platform experience.

Because quality is an incredibly important and difficult aspect to manage at such a distance, especially with the cultural differences, Pangea has both people on the ground to manage the production process and ensure the quality. Further to this, Pangea has formulated proven procedures and systems to greatly eliminate the risk involved. Pangea also has a pre-production sample produced which we require to be signed off on before commencement of production. This allows our clients to be confident in the factory’s ability to produce the required products.

Choose the appropriate product by browsing all the projects, select the corresponding specifications, colours and quantities, and initially confirm the purchase intention by signing a contract. After the payment process is completed, it means that the user has successfully joined the project.

Only when the deadline for joining the project is reached, the user will not be allowed to continue to join the project.

The project kicking in when the deadline is reached and a set number of participants agree to buy the product by reaching the target purchase number preset by Pangea.

The platform will negotiate the price with the supplier based on the accumulated number  and give feedback to the participants. If all the participants agree to continue to kick in at the agreed price, the platform will re-modify the contract and re-sign an agreement with all the participants and also deal with relevant payments. If the participants consider that the price is not suitable, the platform will cancel the previously signed contract and return the relevant payment to the participants.

The user will select the payment method after confirming the corresponding specifications, colours, quantity, customization options and shipping method.

The platform will classify users into grades and will open corresponding payment methods to users of different grades for users to choose from.

Pangea will allow users to store their inventory in our warehouse for up to 1 year, during which users can dispose of their inventory in the warehouse at will, including dispatch, printing and selling them in Pangea Outlet. However, after the goods have been in the warehouse for one year, Pangea will not allow users to continue to store the batch of products in our warehouse and will arrange shipment by sending all the goods to users.

Pangea Outlet is a platform that allows users to redistribute their inventory products stored in Pangea warehouse. All users will be allowed to sell their inventory products stored in Pangea warehouse to other users or purchase inventory products shared by other users in the outlet.

The answer is no. Users can only choose whether to customize and deliver to the user's own hands.

Pangea will select some products as guarantee products. We guarantee that these products will reach the preset group goal when the deadline arrives so that participants do not need to worry that whether these products can reach the preset MOQ target or not.
